Juventus president, Andrea Agnelli called Massimiliano Allegri on Monday to confirm the coach’s job in Turin.
Allegri’s future with the Bianconeri is under serious pressure following their recent bad results. Juventus’ two consecutive defeats against Benfica and Monza triggered pressure from fans asking for the coach’s sacking.
However, firing Allegri apparently is still not on the club’s plan even though the timing might be best as the international break is coming. Despite the enormous pressure, it looks like the Old Lady won’t make any hasty decisions regarding their coach’s future.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport(via Juventusnews24), Juventus via their president, Andrea Agnelli has already ensured Allegri’s future in Turin.
The president reportedly called the coach on Monday to calm the coach following recent rumors. Juventus remain confident that Allegri can eventually turn things around despite the recent bad results.
Nevertheless, the Juve management’s patience is not without limit, as they want to give Allegri one last possible chance.
