All or Nothing: Juventus | Pirlo reveals his experience with Conte

In the recent All or Nothing Juventus series, Andrea Pirlo talks about his experience while being trained by Antonio Conte.

The former midfielder found himself in a surprise situation after being appointed as Juve’s new coach for the 2020/2021 season. Pirlo’s journey that season was also captured by Prime Amazon camera for the All or Nothing series.

One of the most interesting scenes happened in the early part of that season as Juventus players were preparing to start their adventure. Many players were looking tired as the season started on September 20 while their last match was on August 7.

However, that doesn’t stop Pirlo from providing a heavy training program which annoyed some players. The tactician didn’t care about the complaints as he reveals how things were harder during his playing time under Conte.

“I don’t care, if they saw what we did with Conte, they’d kill themselves,” Pirlo said on the All or Nothing series.

Unfortunately for Pirlo, the work he did was considered a failure despite ending that season with two trophies.

Juve only finished fourth in the Serie A that year and went out very early in the Champions League. The results of those two major competitions pretty much determined Pirlo’s future in Turin.
