Allegri returns with 4-3-3 formation for Juventus against Monza

Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly planning to use a 4-3-3 formation for Juventus in their upcoming Serie A match against Monza.

Although Allegri has experimented with various setups this season, he has frequently relied on the 3-5-2 formation, which suits pairing Dusan Vlahovic and Arkadiusz Milik as dual strikers. However, this weekend will see a shift away from the three-man defense.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TuttoJuve), Allegri will opt for a 4-3-3 formation instead, largely influenced by key absences. Milik and Juan Cuadrado are both unavailable due to suspensions following their red cards in last week’s clash against Salernitana.

With Milik sidelined, Allegri is unlikely to deploy two central forwards. Instead, Vlahovic will lead the attack as a lone striker, supported by wide attackers Angel Di Maria and Filip Kostic. This adjustment aims to compensate for the missing personnel while maintaining an effective offensive strategy.
