Allegri to give Fagioli a starting role in Juve’s clash vs PSG?

Massimiliano Allegri could give Nicolo Fagioli a place in Juventus’ starting line-ups for their final UCL group game against PSG.

The Bianconeri have seen their Champions League campaign end following their 4-3 defeat against Benfica last midweek. That defeat was Juventus’ fourth loss in five UCL fixtures this season.

Despite already confirming their exit from the competition, Massimiliano Allegri’s men still have one game left to play on Wednesday against PSG. Juventus will be playing for a Europa League spot in that final group game.

Knowing the game remains an important one for the Old Lady, Massimiliano Allegri will try to play his best possible squad. However, with their tight schedule and injury problems, the coach might need to make some brave choices.

According to ilbianconero.com, one of the interesting options that Allegri could make on Wednesday is in the midfield area. The coach could decide to start their starlet, Nicolo Fagioli alongside Manuel Locatelli and Adrien Rabiot.

Fagioli was the hero during Juve’s latest Serie A fixture against Lecce as he score his side’s winning goal.

The 21-year-old is likely to start following the injury problems in the midfield area with Paul Pogba and Weston Mckennie are absent.
