Former Juventus winger Massimo Mauro admits he’d sell both Matthijs de Ligt and Federico Chiesa for €100m each.
De Ligt and Chiesa are among Juventus’ best performers this season and many Bianconeri fans believe the Bianconeri should build their future around them.
They are both regular starters in Turin but Juventus are struggling despite their fine performances.
At the moment, Massimiliano Allegri’s side is out of the top four and need many reinforcements in many crucial departments, especially midfield and attack.
Mauro, a former Juventus winger, admits he would sell both Juventus stars to bring in new faces in the summer.
“I’d sell them both for €100m,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport, as quoted by Ilbianconero.com.
“However, Juventus should have the certainty to buy four or five players and build a strong team around them.”
Juventus may need to sell one of their stars if they miss out on a Champions League spot this season as they registered a loss of almost €210m in 2021.
