Former Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic will join Zlatko Dalic’s staff in the Croatian national team.
It was the Croatian FA to announce Mandzukic’s new role in the national team.
The former striker retired from international football in 2018, after losing the World Cup Final against France.
Mandzukic will be part of Dalic’s staff starting from the next international break.
Croatia have won their World Cup qualification group, getting straight access to Qatar 2022.
Mandzukic joined played for Juventus from 2015 until 2019 and scored 31 goals in 118 appearances.
He scored 33 goals in 89 games with his national team.
