Juventus fans furious with club for tweet after Chelsea defeat

Juventus star Paulo Dybala and club president, Andrea Agnelli were involved in a special meeting in London on Tuesday, but not too many Juventus fans are impressed.

The Bianconeri‘s clash against Chelsea yesterday was not the only special occasion for Dybala. The Argentinian international apparently had a special meeting along with his club’s president, Agnelli.

However, they were not discussing Dybala’s contract renewal which will end in June 2022.

The striker and Agnelli met Israel’s president, Isaac Herzog and his wife Michal with Dybala gifting his No.10 jersey.

Despite a disappointing evening in London as Juve lost 4-0 to Chelsea, there was still a smile for the striker yesterday.

Many Juventus fans were not impressed by the post, not just because of the sensitive nature of Israel’s political situation but also because the club blocked comments on that specific tweet.

However, most of them highlighted their frustration by quoting the tweet to make sure the club is aware of their dissent.

Juve are now hoping the next meeting with Dybala will be to finalize his contract renewal.

Despite no official announcement yet, the former Palermo man reportedly will sign an extension until 2026.
