Juventus will reportedly meet with Sassuolo this Thursday to discuss about the potential move for Giacomo Raspadori.
The Italian international is back on Juve’s wish list for this summer transfer window as they are still keen on signing a striker. The Old Lady’s struggle to get Alvaro Morata back seems to reignite their chase for Raspadori.
Competition for the Italian international will be tough though with Napoli reportedly leading the race. However, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport(via Juventusnews24), Juve are not willing to give up as just yet.
Anticipating Napoli’s move, the Bianconeri are setting up a meeting with Sassuolo’s management later today. Aside from blocking their rival’s attempt, Juve are also hoping that they can lower the Neroverdi’s demand.
Sassuolo reportedly are asking for at least €40m for their star striker, an amount that is too steep for Juve’s liking. The Bianconeri are hoping that both teams’ good relationship can give them an edge for that deal.
