Juventus will reportedly present a new contract for their midfielder Manuel Locatelli once they officially complete his permanent move from Sassuolo.
Locatelli joined the Bianconeri in a two-year loan deal with an obligation to buy for €25m plus another €12.5 in addons. Technically, Juventus will officially sign him permanently from Sassuolo next summer once his loan deal is up.
Although his performances have been up and down so far, the Bianconeri are not losing any faith in Locatelli. As reported by Calciomercato.com, once they completed his permanent signing, Juve will offer the midfielder a new deal.
The club will soon meet with Locatelli’s representatives and discuss a new deal for the midfielder. The Italian midfielder’s new contract will see him staying with the Bianconeri until 2027 and earning an improved wage from what he currently gets.
Juve are keen on holding on to Locatelli and keep him away from other clubs- notably Arsenal, who are still keen in signing him.
