Juventus set up plan to sign Frosinone star defender

Juventus are keen on signing Frosinone defender Federico Gatti but the Bianconeri are planning to loan him out if they do get him.

The 23-year-old defender has been showing positive performances for his club in Serie B so far this season. Gatti has been an important player for Fabio Grosso’s side as the defender has played in 13 out of Frosinone’s 14 matches.

The defender’s profile is attracting interest from several Serie A sides, including Juventus that are ready to compete with other teams. According to Sky Sport’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the Bianconeri already have a plan for Gatti.

Just like any other young players from the lower division, Juve’s plan would be to immediately loan the player out if they do get him.

Although the Bianconeri’s interest is for real, for now, they will only evaluate the player before making any final decision. Another Serie A side that are also keen on signing Gatti would be Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta.
