Ramsey remains an issue for Juve to sign Monchengladbach star

Juventus will need to resolve Aaron Ramsey’s situation before they can get their hands on Borussia Monchengladbach star, Denis Zakaria.

The Bianconeri are keen on improving their midfield department by signing at least one new player next January. One of their main targets for that position would be Monchengladbach’s star, Denis Zakaria, whose contract ends in June 2022.

Juve could try to sign him in January, especially with the Bundesliga club are open for selling Zakaria. However, getting him will still be a challenge as competitions for his signature are fierce with Borussia Dortmund and Roma also showing an interest.

Aside from the competitions, according to Tuttosport (via Tuttomercatoweb), another issue that Juve must solve is the future of Ramsey.

Considering his high wages, the Bianconeri are looking to sell or terminate the Welsh international’s contract.

Previous reports suggest that Ramsey will only move to a team that can pay his current €7m salaries. Moreover, the midfielder is not keen on terminating his contract unless he got severance pay from Juve.
