Sassuolo have reportedly issued Juventus a deadline to finalize a deal for Giacomo Raspadori by this weekend.
The Italian international is one of Juventus’ key targets to strengthen their attack this summer, as they view the 22-year-old as a potential replacement for Paulo Dybala.
However, signing Raspadori won’t be straightforward. Juventus face competition from Napoli, and Sassuolo have set a firm deadline for any negotiations to conclude.
According to Sky Sport Italia (via Juventusnews24), Sassuolo are giving interested clubs until this weekend to reach an agreement for Raspadori. The Neroverdi want clarity on the forward’s future before the new season begins.
This deadline puts additional pressure on Juventus, who are juggling multiple transfer priorities. Sassuolo are demanding at least €40 million for Raspadori, a figure the Bianconeri consider excessive.
Currently, Napoli are reportedly leading the race for the Italian international, though they too are seeking to negotiate a lower fee.
