Juventus are eyeing to grab another three points this midweek as they face Verona at the Marcantonio Bentegodi.
The Bianconeri’s confidence is soaring high following their important victory over their arch-rivals Inter last weekend. Massimiliano Allegri’s side are keen on continuing that run of positive results this midweek as they face Verona in Serie A.
Unfortunately, injury remains a problem for Juve as they still have several important players out for the Thursday clash. Among the absentees against Verona are the likes of Dusan Vlahovic, Federico Chiesa, and Paul Pogba.
Despite the absentee, Allegri will try to play his best possible squad to get maximum points against their opponent.
Mattia Perin could get a start in goal with Danilo, Bonucci, and Bremer as the centre-back trio. Allegri will probably count on Cuadrado and Kostic to fill the two wing-back roles in their 3-5-2 setup.
The three midfielders for the midweek clash would most likely be Fagioli, Locatelli, and the currently in-form Rabiot. As for the attack, Allegri is set to start Moise Kean and their summer signing, Arek Milik.
Here are the possible line-ups for Verona’s clash against Juventus:
Verona(3-4-2-1): Montipo(g); Gunter, Hien, Ceccherini; Teracciano, Tameze, Hongia, Doig; Lasagna, Kallon; Henry.
Juventus(3-5-2): Perin(g); Bremer, Bonucci, Danilo; Cuadrado, Fagioli, Locatelli, Rabiot, Kostic; Milik, Kean.
