Supercup Final, Inter Juventus: match preview and probable line-ups

Juventus will face one of their arch-rivals for in this season’s Italian Super Cup Final at San Siro.

Juventus won’t have their best possible lineup for this clash because of injuries and suspensions. Chiesa is out for the rest of the season, Ramsey is out due to Covid, while De Ligt and Cuadrado are both suspended.

There’s some positive news though as Danilo and Bonucci will travel with the team but both won’t start. Szczesny will also start from the bench as he still doesn’t have a green pass.

Without the Polish international, Allegri will count on Perin in goal with Rugani and Chiellini as the centre-back duo.

The former Lazio coach looks to field his regular lineups with the slight doubt maybe in the right-back role. However, Dumfries is the favourite to start at right wing-back ahead of Darmian.

Dzeko should also start as he has already recovered from Covid and was introduced in the second half on Sunday’s match with Lazio.

Inter will be looking to add their winning record in the Super Cup as they have won it five times so far.
