Valencia have reportedly contacted Juventus to ask about Arthur but a move remains difficult for now.
The Brazilian international’s future in Turin is up in the air despite still having a contract until 2025. Arthur has struggled to convince Juve’s boss, Massimiliano Allegri last season and things unlikely will change.
The player is reportedly looking for a way out and the Bianconeri won’t have a problem letting him go. There’s no concrete proposal arriving for Arthur, but there’s some interest in him.
According to Calciomercato.com (via ilbianconero.com), Valencia are one of the sides that are keen on the ex-Barcelona man. Gennaro Gattuso’s side are looking for a new midfielder and has asked Juve about Arthur.
The Old Lady would be open for the move, but a deal apparently will be far from easy. Arthur’s contract situation at Juve are the obstacle that Valencia must face if they want to sign him.
At the moment, the Brazilian cost €45m in the Bianconeri’s book with a high salary of around €5m to €6m which could raise up to €8m.
Another potential destination for Arthur would be Arsenal, but they are yet to make an official bid.
