Giorgio Chiellini invites Juventus fans to Allianz Stadium on Monday as he plays his final home game for the club.
The veteran defender has confirmed his plan to leave the club next season following Juve’s Coppa Italia defeat against Inter. Chiellini confirmed in an official statement that the decision to leave was 100% his without any intervention from others.
A day after confirming his departure plan, the 37-year-old invites Juve’s fans to attend their final home league match on Monday against Lazio. That game will also be Chiellini’s last time to salute the Bianconeri supporters before leaving next season.
Chiellini sends his invitation via social media, stating that he can’t wait to celebrate his time with the club.
“As you already know, this will be my last season with the Bianconeri. For all of the fans who have always been by my side, I’ll be waiting for you on Monday night at our home stadium to rejoice and celebrate all of my passionate years for the Bianconeri. I Love you,” Chiellini wrote on Twitter.
Although the defender is yet to reveal his future destination, multiplier rumors claim he will play at least one year at MLS.
